Terms & Privacy
the short version
The deal. Use Croo, and you're agreeing to this. Croo runs a team of AI agents on your own machine — you decide what they do, and you're responsible for what they get wrong.
Your stuff is yours. Your code, prompts, and outputs belong to you. During closed beta, the Croo app sends us basic usage statistics, never your chats, prompts, agent names or project contents. The Privacy page lists what's included. Your keys and code go only to the AI engines you chose, under their rules, not ours.
The website is an ordinary website. croolabs.com collects your email and waitlist answers to run the closed beta, runs Google Analytics, and sends email you can unsubscribe from. We don't sell personal data. Never will. See our Privacy page for details, or email hello@croolabs.com to see or delete yours.
What it runs on. Runs on macOS and Ubuntu.
Closed-beta software. Beta Croo is "as is." It's new; it will occasionally misbehave. Keep backups — you were going to anyway. If something goes properly wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid us this year, or SGD 100, whichever is more. Nothing here removes rights the law won't let us take away.
Commercial software. Croo is commercial software. The documentation in this repository is provided for Croo's users and may be read and shared freely; it may not be modified or republished without permission. The Croo software itself is licensed separately, under the terms you accept when you activate it.
House rules. Nothing illegal, nothing aimed at systems that aren't yours, no reselling it. Singapore law.
Changes & leaving. 14 days' notice before anything material changes. Leave whenever — delete the folder, email us, and we'll wipe your data.
